- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping Fees: €5.99 for Standard (will be deducted from the refund).
- Return Process: Email us at info@ahazoh.com to initiate a return. We’ll send you a return shipping label.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or incorrect, no return fee will apply.

- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is approved.
