Before we can dispatch your order we may need to confirm your details with the payment provider. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking number to track the delivery of your order.

- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping Fees: €5.99 for Standard (will be deducted from the refund).

- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or incorrect, no return fee will apply.
